這首《Am I That Easy To Forget》（難以忘懷）是由美國鄉村音樂巨星Jim Reeves（吉姆.裏夫斯）演唱。很多人熟悉这首歌因为看了电影《羅馬假日》。有人稱這首歌是《羅馬假日》的主題曲，也有人説影片其實和這首歌並沒有關係，而是後期一位具有想象力與品味之人合成的。不過，無論哪種説法，都不影響我們欣賞這首歌，欣賞奧黛麗赫本。
