1）与奥运会有关联的任何歌曲 -- 例如往届奥运会主题歌翻唱
2）歌名或原唱歌手名字里包含“高、快、强”三字之一
3）突破自我，阐释“更快、更高、更强”的主题 -- 例如：乐乐从未唱过快歌，这次唱一首《双截棍》，即使谁也没听懂她唱的是啥，也是突破！再例如：曾经唱过的歌，重新演绎一次，比之前的“强”了，进步了，更可以说是难得的突破。

玉兰：乐乐啊，你在听什么呀？
乐乐：Celine Dion 的 “Power of the Dream”, 96年亚特兰大奥运会开幕式的歌。
玉兰：很振奋人心啊！对了，乐啊，你说咱们客栈是不是也应该办个和奥运有关的活动呢？
乐乐：好主意！嗯。。。奥运精神是“更快、更高、更强”，那我们就以此作为“客栈奥运”活动的口号吧！
玉兰：嗯！这个想法好！嗯。。。这个“更快、更高”和咱们版块联系起来，就是可以“唱快歌，飙高音”了对不？可是这个“更强”怎么说？是哪方面更强啊？
乐乐：你问我啊？我哪方面都很强啊。。。（坏笑）
玉兰：哎呀，人家说正经的啦！
乐乐：我很正经哎！我的意思就是，哪方面强都可以嘛。。。比如说我吧，高音不强，低音不强，但是咱不高不低的音强啊！快歌不强，慢歌不强，但咱唱不快不慢的歌强啊！嘿嘿。。。
玉兰：哼！你个小坏蛋！好啦好啦，我明白啦，反正就是大家自由发挥，哪方面强就秀哪方面嘛！希望这次活动大家都能突破自我，比如，平时总唱慢歌的就来首快歌或rap一下。
乐乐：这是要逼我唱《双截棍》的节奏啊！
玉兰：嗯！即使谁也没听懂你唱的是啥，也是突破哈！
乐乐：你懂啥？别人听不懂那说明我唱得像周董！
玉兰：好好好，等着你的《双截棍》哈！。。。再比如，平时不唱高音的就来首《青藏高原》吼个够！
乐乐：怎么感觉你总在拿我说事儿啊？我吼《青藏高原》？可别再把狼招来吧！
玉兰：哈哈！实在不行的话，歌名里带“高、快、强”的也算哦！
乐乐：这个主意好！欢迎大家都积极参与！记住了哈，发贴时不我待，速度一定要快，抢座姿势要帅，站票一律不卖！咱不管友谊，只看比赛！
